We want you to get your Cajun goodies fast and safe! Here’s how our shipping works:

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., email us (ayee@pirogueadventures.com) to ask about special shipping options.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
  • During busy seasons or promotions, it may take a bit longer.
  • You’ll get an email with tracking info once your order ships.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping on special deals or minimum order amounts.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–7 business days via standard shipping
  • Delivery times may vary by location or carrier delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package has left our hands.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, let us know within 7 days of the delivery date or expected arrival. We’ll work with you to make it right.

  • A short description of the issue

6. Local Pickup or Events
