This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms for returning items and receiving refunds for purchases of our Cajun spices, seasoning, sauces, cooking tools and equipment, as well as merchandise, apparel, and gift items.
1. Spices, Seasonings, and Sauces (Perishable Items)
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on perishable consumable items such as spices, seasonings, and sauces—unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. However, eligible refunds or replacements will be issued if:

The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

You provide proof of purchase and photo documentation of damage or error.
2. Cooking Tools & Equipment
Returns are accepted for cooking equipment and tools (e.g. roux spoons, paddle, pots, pans, etc.) if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Return conditions:

All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Items must be free of wear, use, or modification.

Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds & Restocking:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened or repackaged items.
3. Merchandise, Apparel, and Gifts
If merchandise, apparel, and/or gift item(s) (purchased separately or as a gift bundle) arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage and purchase for review. Replacement offered at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include a photo of the product and shipping box, and we will work with you to provide a prompt resolution.
